Our Company registered address is 601, London Rd, Westlcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 9PE but this is our accountant's address so do not expect to find any saxophones there!
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Basket" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by credit/debit card or PayPal, and all payments are made in GBP (£ Sterling). If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your payment provider will convert the transaction to your native currency at their current rate.
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 business day. Orders weighing under 2kg are sent via First Class post, whilst larger orders within the UK are shipped with a 24 hour courier service. Orders for saxophones received before 2pm Monday to Thursday are shipped the same day.
International orders weighing under 2kg are shipped with a tracked Air Mail service. Larger orders are sent via DPD or UPS courier service and are usually received in around a week. Please be advised that these services can be subject to unexpected delays.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
20% VAT is added to all UK orders. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Unless otherwise stated, all goods have a manufacturers warranty for 12 months and some for as long as 5 years! Your warranty is with the manufacturer and we will help replace your faulty item by contacting the manufacturer on your behalf. Please note damaged goods are not covered under a manufacturers warranty.

Returns Policy - Online & Telephone Sales
14 days cancellation period, starting from when the goods are received.
There is no automatic right of refund where hygiene issues are relevant such as used mouthpieces & reeds.
A full refund will be made including standard postage as stated on our website. The cost of any customer selected non-standard delivery option will not be refunded.
For a full refund, goods must be returned in brand new retailable condition. Any reduction in value will be deducted from the refund. Reduced value may be due to marks, damage, wear, damaged packaging etc.

Returns Policy - In-Store
14 day return period, starting from when the goods are bought. For in-store purchases a credit note or exchange will be issued.

All items are fully insured in transit through Sax.co.uk. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged. You must notify us within 28 days and all original packaging must be kept alongside your purchases.
