Delivery costs, made clear
Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery to mainland UK addresses. For other orders and destinations, enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available delivery options and charges before you pay.
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and islands may have different options. Please check your address at checkout or contact us for advice.
When will my order leave?
Order in-stock items before 2pm UK time and we aim to dispatch the same working day. Dispatch is when your parcel leaves us; it is not a promise of same-day arrival.
If you need an item for a particular date, speak to our team before ordering so we can check availability and delivery options with you.

Every saxophone is checked in our workshop by specialist saxophone technicians, no matter the price. From a first instrument to a professional saxophone, every one receives the same care and our free 42-point professional set-up before it leaves us.
New saxophones also include a free checkover within one year of purchase.

If we need to back-order an item, we will email you. You can choose to wait, discuss an alternative or cancel if you would rather not wait.
