Sax.co.uk is the trading name of saxophones Ltd.  We are complete sax specialists stocking numerous accessories, the majority of which are unavailable through general music stores. If you are lucky enough to live locally then please come and visit us in London, otherwise we can provide unparalleled service by mail order.

Our Company registered address is 601, London Rd, Westcliff-on-Sea, Essex SS0 9PE but this is our accountant's address so do not expect to find any saxophones there!

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Basket" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept payment by credit/debit card or PayPal, and all payments are made in your delivery country's native currency. UK customers can also apply for credit through V12 Retail Finance on most purchases over the value of £329.

If you are ordering from within the UK, the price shown will be inclusive of UK tax and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed during the checkout after you have entered your address.

If you ordering from outside of the UK, the price shown when you select your country/currency will be exclusive of tax. Once you proceed through the checkout and enter your address you'll be able to see the full amount which will include delivery, tax and customs duty fees.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 business day. Orders weighing under 2kg are sent via First Class post, whilst larger orders within the UK are shipped with an Express courier service. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday for items that are in stock are usually shipped the same day.

International orders are sent via DHL courier service with the customs charges pre-paid and are usually received in around a week. Please be advised that these services can be subject to unexpected delays.

Back Orders and Pre Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order it from the supplier for you. You will always be emailed with an estimated time of arrival, and you have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

20% VAT is applied to all UK orders. International orders are billed at your country's usual tax rate, and duty fees may also apply.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site.


Unless otherwise stated, all goods have a manufacturer's warranty for 12 months and some for as long as 5 years! The warranty is with the manufacturer and we will help repair or replace your faulty item by contacting the manufacturer on your behalf.

You may return and request a refund for faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. After this and up until the warranty period has expired we will help you to have the product repaired or replaced, usually by the manufacturer. If a repair or replacement is not possible then a refund may be considered after 30 days have passed.

Please note that damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty.

Sax.co.uk do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Damaged Goods

All items are fully insured in transit through Sax.co.uk. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt and all original packaging must be kept alongside your purchases. All shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.
